Job Title: Senior Internal Audit Analyst (Direct Hire) - Onsite Location: Tulsa, OK Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Type: Direct Hire Pay Range: $75,000 - $112,000 Shift: Days Relocation: Provided for the right candidate Job Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing the annual audit plan Conduct risk-based internal audits across the organization Support creation of standardized audit procedures, templates, and assessment tools Evaluate internal controls and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations Prepare detailed audit reports including findings, recommendations, and management responses Perform follow-up audits to verify remediation of issues Utilize data analytics tools for enhanced auditing and continuous monitoring Provide oversight for sales tax recovery related to Medicare/Medicaid patients Support and guide junior auditors during planning, fieldwork, and reporting Coordinate activities and lead peers in audit-related work Interact regularly with patients, staff, internal/external customers, and leadership (Director level and above) Required Skills & Experience Minimum 4 years of relevant audit experience Strong understanding of internal auditing standards and practices Proficiency in auditing tools, accounting software, and data analytics platforms Knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement (Medicare/Medicaid preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead and execute complex audits (financial, operational, compliance) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of AI and machine learning Education & Certifications Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field CPA or CIA certification For more details please reach out to me at henry.clay@protouchstaffig.com / 214-831-4437
