Job Description:

We currently have a full-time position available in our billing office for a Payment Poster. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our billing processes, including:

  • Answering Incoming Calls: Providing courteous and timely assistance to callers inquiring about billing and payments
  • Posting Payments: Accurately recording and processing payments received from patients and insurance providers
  • Filing Claims: Managing the submission of insurance claims, following specific guidelines to optimize reimbursements
  • Billing Office Tasks: Assisting with administrative duties such as data entry, document filing, and report generation.


Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Billing Experience: Minimum one year of experience in medical billing
  • Professionalism: Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism
  • Positive Attitude: Proactive and positive approach to work, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Conceptual Understanding: Solid understanding of medical billing principles
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Billing Systems preferred.


Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, to be performed on-site at our office location.
