* *Education and Training:* No experience required Will train on the job at St. Otto's and also pay fully 100% for the CNA Course and Exam. Must meet and maintain State/Federal requirements for Nursing Assistants.
* *Knowledge and Skills:* Training available if no experience. Basic knowledge of Nursing Assistant duties.
* *Physical Demands:* Standing, walking, pushing, reaching, pulling and bending. Involved in resident contact for all activities of daily living 90% of workday. Hearing acuity required for communication with residents, family, physicians, and nurses. Frequently required to carry items and lift. Able to use mechanical devices
