What You'll Do We are seeking a skilled and dependable Orthopedic Scrub Tech to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate is experienced in orthopedic surgery, maintains excellent sterile technique, and thrives in a fast-paced ASC setting. A Great Fit If You... Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented surgical environment Are meticulous about sterile technique and instrument handling Anticipate the needs of surgeons and adapt quickly during procedures Take pride in patient safety, efficiency, and quality care Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with the OR team Have experience with orthopedic instruments, implants, and procedures Enjoy being part of a supportive, professional, and organized outpatient surgery center What You'll Need Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) Minimum 1 year of orthopedic scrub experience, preferably in an ASC or OR setting Strong knowledge of orthopedic instrumentation, implants, and sterile technique Current BLS certification Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail Ability to adapt in a high-volume, fast-paced surgical environment Why OrthoAtlanta?
