We're looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager, Global Products to scale the demand engine behind this critical part of the business. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Global Products, you'll be the DG lead who turns big GTM bets into pipelineowning ABM, webinars, events, SDR "spearfishing" plays, direct mail, and whatever creative, high-leverage programs you dream up next to create and convert demand. This role is for someone who loves the craft and the strategy: you can invent new plays, run them end-to-end, and then pressure-test performance with ruthless clarity. You'll partner closely with a best-in-class Digital Marketing lead who owns the paid engine (search, paid social, retargeting, etc.), and you'll tap into Rippling's central marketing resources for creative and marketing ops support. Expect to move fast, run tight experiments, scale what works, and grow your career Because Rippling's Global suite shares its addressable market with our Core HR products, this role is uniquely collaborative. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Core HR Marketing team, Sales & SDR leadership, Product, and RevOps, to plug into existing growth engines while spinning up new "Global-first" plays that create net-new opportunities and accelerate cross-sell.What You Will DoDevelop and execute the strategy for demand gen campaigns that span promoted content, webinars, ebooks, paid ads, field events, ABM, content syndication, inbound and outbound sales activations, and more. You'll do this across always-on programs and the demand gen plays laddering up to integrated campaigns. You'll partner directly with SDRs on the demand gen campaigns you're running to set them up for success and build a virtuous feedback loop on what works and what doesn't, iterating over time. You'll analyze your campaign performance and deeply understand how different programs impact funnel performance to accelerate growth. This includes shifting budgets to areas with higher returns and optimizing via testing and learning. You'll own marketing sourced/influenced pipeline targets for demand generation channels aimed at Global Products. (ABM, field marketing, direct mail, webinars, content, and more).What You Will Need6+ years of experience and a proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth in a B2B/SaaS hyper-growth technology environment. Deep marketing channel expertise spanning gated content, paid ads, webinars, field events, ABM, etc. and how to use these to drive leads and pipeline. End-to-end ownership. You execute flawlessly (directly & via others) and take your projects across the finish line. You own mistakes and learn from them. You naturally communicate clearly, because you think clearly. You know how to modulate your communications, whether talking to an IC on your team or an executive. Collaboration; you have a track record of delivering outsized results by partnering with others cross-functionally. Strong analytical skills to uncover insights that you incorporate into your roadmap. Agility and speed. You'll constantly try new ideas in this role. When things don't work, you pivot; when they do, you move fast to scale them.
