Job ManagerA well-respected client is seeking a Tax Manager due to the growth in their firm. Are you an experienced individual with a knack for numbers? Then look no further, because we have the perfect opportunity for youAs a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of tax associates while developing and implementing strategies to provide excellent client service. You will play a key role in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and corporations.1040 experience requiredEssential Job Functions:Conduct tax research and analysisPrepare and review tax returnsDevelop and maintain client relationshipsOversee and manage a team of tax associatesProvide outstanding client serviceResponsibilities:Perform complex tax research and analysisPrepare and review individual, partnership, trust, and corporate tax returnsDevelop and maintain client relationshipsManage and train tax associatesAttend client meetings and deliver presentationsSkills:4+ years of strong tax experienceCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, or working towards a CPA designationExperience working with QuickbooksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThis is an amazing opportunity to join a growing company.The position requires:Related experience working in external relationship managementStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibilityStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentSelf-driven individual, ability to work with minimal directionCompensation:$90,000-$150,000 DOEExcellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, PTOIf this sounds like the type of opportunity you see yourself transitioning into next, contact 218-279-2488.
