Responsibilities
  • Manage all sales and operations for the Eugene branch
  • Supervise a team of 15 employees including in and outside sales technicians administrative staff auditors and an office manager
  • Oversee full PL responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business and financial plans
  • Drive sales initiatives and strategies
  • Manage inventory levels effectively
  • Cultivate strong vendor relationships
  • Lead account management activities
  • Set pricing and margin strategies
  • Drive strategic growth opportunities
  • Develop and train the team
  • Handle a designated sales territory

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in operations management and/or sales leadership within the industrial marketplace
  • Possess a disciplined and structured approach to work
  • Internally motivated with a strong understanding of leadership principles
  • Preference for candidates with a background in the military
  • Direct product knowledge is advantageous
  • Familiarity with LEAN principles is a plus
  • A degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
