The person in this position is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Eiseman & Gem Equities inventory and supporting the sales team. The individual should be detail-oriented, technologically savvy and experienced in working within a fast-paced environment.


This is a full-time position and located at Eiseman Jewels, NorthPark Center in Dallas, Texas. The candidate will be expected to work on-site during pre-determined business hours to include weekends, occasional night events, and extended hours during the holiday season.


Eiseman Jewels provides a number of benefits to include health, dental and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and paid sick, vacation and holidays. Qualifies for performance commission after one full year of employment.


The position includes, but is not limited to the following duties:



Full-Time Inventory Associate

  • Support of Eiseman Jewels with sales by entering/receiving merchandise into inventory system, quality control, keeping accurate records to include photographs for each item entered into inventory, tagging and returning items to vendor
  • Provide a seamless customer experience while greeting clients over the phone, determine customers’ needs quickly and politely, and pair with the appropriate sales team member
  • Maintain good relationships with vendors and other partners
  • Assist sales team members upon request - act as a problem-solver and partner with team members
  • Communicate effectively, positively, and supportively with team members, vendors, and clients
  • Clean and gift wrap merchandise upon request
  • Participate in helping keep the cases, windows, store clean and tidy
  • Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs

Qualifications Required

  • At least 3-5 years of previous customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite specifically in Word and Excel
  • Acute attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy
  • Great people skills and always has a smile, cheerful and positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a sense of urgency throughout the day
  • Work schedule includes: five days a week with daily hours of 9:15 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. to include Saturday/Sunday rotations and additional hours during events as needed
  • Effectively communicate with clients and co-workers through face-to-face conversation, phone calls and email
  • Excellent listening and observation skills
  • Autonomous, logical, self-starter
  • Adhere to company dress code and additional company policies and procedures
  • Cooperative and open minded to new ideas and change
  • Ability to identify needs of store and adapt to a variety of situations and personalities
  • Lift 30 pounds
  • Three references required
