Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training materials that effectively enhance employee skills and knowledge.

This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and multimedia development.


Requirements:

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree in instructional design, communications, business, or similar or equivalent experience.
  • Master’s degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar relevant field preferred.
  • 5+ years previous working experience in instructional design, training and development or equivalent (e.g. minimum of 3 years instructional design experience or 4-year instructional design degree and 3+ years of relevant training and development experience)
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Lesson and curriculum planning skills
  • Proficient with Authoring Tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise) and Learning Managements Systems (Workday Learning).
  • Experience with Adobe Programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Experience with video editing preferred (Camtasia, Premiere, Sony Vegas, etc.).
  • Experience with editing scripts for use with AI voice-over software (WellSaid, Elevenlabs).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office.
  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and flexibility in a busy office environment.
