Fundraising & Donor RelationsThis position is responsible for:Maintaining the day-to-day operation of the client information system, including supporting end users and reporting problems to the Territorial CiS Administrator. Our end users are internal employees at our local units and locations who enter client data into the territorially approved Social Services databases. These team members rely on these tools and processes to perform their data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.Key Responsibilities:Provides regular information and updates to the leadership team on areas of concern related to data input, needed training, and end user performance, highlighting both challenges and successes.Assists with the development of the CiS resource database with manuals, curriculum, and training videos to support the Divisions and the Corps/Units.Supports system administration training for new end users, including developing user-specific presentations and training handouts.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:Ability to meet attendance requirements.Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail.Ability to travel throughout the Southern Territory periodically to work with divisional, regional, and local social services staff.Working Conditions:Work is performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.Employee Benefits:Health, Dental and Vision InsurancePaid Time OffHolidays with PayLife InsuranceRetirement Plan and moreEducation and Experience:Two years of college coursework from an accredited college or university and two years' experience in administrating WellSky Community Services formerly ServicePoint or comparable client management systems that support social services.
