Need for a Data Analyst possessing:

  • Excellent excel skills, working knowledge of PowerBI
  • WD experience preferred
  • Organized, good communicator, good at documentation
  • Working knowledge of HR Payroll
  • Excel at intermediate or higher level


Responsibilities:

  • The data analyst will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards and scorecards to illustrate data and provide insight to members of the HR team.
  • In addition, this role will work with technical resources and subject matter experts from HR and Information Systems.


Main Accountabilities:

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources and present the results of data in a secure, usable format, as well as translating them to technical and system languages, to work with Information Systems to implement them into system solutions.
  • Perform analysis of data gaps and work with relevant stakeholders to recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and other HR teams on project driven requests and prioritization.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
