HH is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal that enjoys litigation and thrives at taking ownership of cases and helping to move the case forward. This role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote after two weeks of training onsite). The position requires a high level of organizational skills, plus attention to detail. This Litigation Paralegal will collaborate with Attorneys on case strategy and trial strategy.


In this role, you will also work on drafting, preparing subpoenas, conducting investigation and assisting attorneys in state/federal court trials (Washington and Oregon). Salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $92,000 annually with a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, wellness programs, student loan refinancing, 401k and more Additionally, you will join a team that is collaborative, friendly, helpful and likes being together


Responsibilities:

  • Draft pleadings, subpoenas, motions, and appellate documents and file them with the court
  • Locate and interview witnesses for case preparation
  • Summarize depositions, interrogatories and testimony
  • Update and maintain internal databases
  • Conduct legal research
  • Perform administrative duties


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in litigation at a law firm
  • Paralegal certificate is a plus, but not a must
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Tech savvy and embraces technology
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team player
