This position can be located in: New York, Wilmington, McLean, Chicago and Richmond while offering a flexible work environment and schedule./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3p+ Partner with the Email Marketing Strategy checking lane lead to plan and implement email campaigns that deepen engagement with existing checking customers./pp+ Build and execute a robust, always-on testing platform to identify new opportunities with customer segments, creatives, and experiences that drive engagement./pp+ Analyze campaign performance and synthesize insights to shape broader engagement strategies and optimize our email marketing program./pp+ Manage the end-to-end creative development process for multiple campaigns, from writing effective creative briefs to trafficking final assets./pp+ Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, including business partners, creative, legal, compliance to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and on schedule./pp+ Act as a subject matter expert on email best practices, continually seeking out new ideas and opportunities to innovate and improve the customer experience./ph3The Ideal Candidate/h3p+ Brings a rigorous test-and-learn mindset, with a passion for leveraging data to uncover insights that shape strategy./pp+ Is a proactive self-starter with a strong ownership mentality and the ability to prioritize workloads and learn new tools quickly./pp+ Possesses strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage the details of multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities./pp+ Is a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, comfortable working with high-performing teammates and partners across the enterprise./pp+ Has a curious mindset, ready to dig in on consumer behaviors and marketing trends to inform campaign improvements./ph3Basic Qualifications/h3p+ At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email./pp+ At least 2 years of experience in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing programs./pp+ At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes and partnering with creative teams./ph3Preferred Qualifications/h3p+ 1+ year of developing Marketing Strategies leveraging SalesForce Marketing Cloud/pp+ Experience with Workfront/pp+ 3+ years of experience in email marketing./pp+ 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting./pp+ Experience in marketing for financial services or another highly regulated industry./pp+ Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment./pp+ Experience at a digital marketing agency./ppThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
