Responsibilities:

  • Assist patient in bathing, toileting, care of mouth, dressing, hair care.
  • Assist patient with foot care, grooming.
  • Assist patient with medication reminder, prepare food as needed, feeding as needed.
  • Assist with walking, medical appointments, shopping.
  • Assist patient in cleaning; bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room, patient’s care equipment, and laundry as needed.
  • Assist with prescribed exercise program: range of motion, ambulation
  • Assist with simple dressing change of a stable wound
