Position Title: Recruiting Sourcer 3 Location: Redmond, WA Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and it is subject to change. Expected Duration: 3 Months Job Type: Contract Pay Range $40- $50/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will focus on scouting and sourcing Engineering talent that build and sell products. Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record of identifying and engaging with hard-to-find, competitive talent particularly in the AI and cleared spaces.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.Strategize and build proactive pipelines for hard-to-find skillsets and adjust quickly to the changing demands.Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals.Screen applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organization.RequiredMinimum 5 to 7 years of talent acquisition experience, in a sourcing or recruiting capacity OR bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related fieldHave a good understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles and is able to develop a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines.Prior experience in engaging and screening senior, compete and passive talent.Fluent in advanced sourcing strategies, with proficiency across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Scholar, Hugging Face, and other open-source communities.PreferredLinkedIn Certification.Experience recruiting for a large technology company.Benefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.About BCforward: Founded in 1998 on the idea that industry leaders needed a professional service, and workforce management expert, to fuel the development and execution of core business and technology strategies, BCforward is a Black-owned firm providing unique solutions supporting value capture and digital product delivery needs for organizations around the world.
