Studio Operations LeadShopbop is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented professional to join our Studio Operations Team as Studio Operations Lead focusing on shipping and receiving. This is a 100% on-site position.Key Job Responsibilities:Inbound and outbound inventory from internal and external sources using Amazon toolingInspect and repackage all inventory leaving and returning to the studioPackage, label, and ship products to our NY studio and/or other content creatorsLead all inventory moving in and out of the photo studio, ensuring optimal workflow efficiencyHandle escalated problems involving returning and repackaging products from shootsOrganize supplies and maintain studio operational standardsPhysically and systematically move product through workflows while using a pallet jack or cartsAct as the primary contact for warehouse staff in locating inventory in the studio and ensure it is returned to the warehouse in a timely mannerContinuously seek to improve workflow processes while maintaining current service level agreementsUse data to identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvementsCreate and implement new procedures for shipping and receiving inventoryAnalyze productivity metrics and inventory flow data to optimize processesDevelop solutions for recurring operational challengesDocument best practices and standard operating proceduresTrain and mentor junior team members on studio operations proceduresProvide guidance and support to junior staff on complex inventory issuesLead cross-training initiatives to build team capabilitiesCross train and support miscellaneous projects, and assist other areas as needed
