FinTap is looking for the right candidate to join our team as a Sales Representative to manage inbound leads with interest in fintaps offerings. If you enjoy the drive of generating new business through proactive targeted outbound calling and successfully onboarding new customers, or if you enjoy working with existing customers to support their ongoing finance needs, then FinTap has a position for you. We’re seeking a dedicated and driven individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
· Developing and maintaining accurate product knowledge to be able to explain the key benefits of FinTap with potential clients
· Grow & maintain relationships by following up on leads and maintain an active pipeline daily
· Liaising with relevant internal departments to process deals
· Effective CRM management and note taking on all client interactions
· Making a high volume of outbound / inbound phone calls
· Closing sales and signing up new loans in line with monthly targets
· Build strong relationships with all parties in order to build market awareness and referral opportunities
· Be a strong, professional representative of the company in a public-facing capacity
Necessary Qualifications for Success:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
· 1+ years in sales focused on small and medium businesses (SMBs), ideally within financial services
· Goal oriented – High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes
· Relationship builder – Great connector and authentic communicator
· Track record of successfully driving end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach through launch.
· Experience conducting cold outreach to target decision makers via phone and email
· Well-rounded skill set (strategy, sales, negotiation, and implementation)
· Excellent interpersonal skills (listening, verbal & written) with the ability to think and communicate creatively, and thoughtfully
· Experience in a fast-growing, fast-moving startup environment a plus
· Driven to win and must be self-motivated
· High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes

Work Schedule:
· Full- Time: Monday – Friday from 9:00 am -5:30 pm
Compensation
· Base salary of $35,000.00 per year
· On target earnings of $110,000.00
