Production ManagerReporting to the Plant Manager, the primary purpose of the position is to direct the activities of plant production departments through the Production Managers and Supervisors. Proficiently leads cross functional manufacturing projects. This position is responsible for overall production management as guided by the Plant Manager. Ensures employees are completing their work assignments in compliance with food safety guidelines, personnel safety guidelines and legal requirements.

Ensure equipment, buildings and contractors comply with company quality policies. Investigate and coordinate the correction of any deviation to food safety or quality programs in conjunction with Plant Manager and Quality. Employee SafetyDrive the plant safety programs.
