Senior Director, Product MarketingDodge Construction Network (Dodge) is seeking an exceptional Senior Director, Product Marketing to define how Dodge's products are positioned, messaged, and experienced in the market. This leader will shape the stories that connect our products to the real-world success of our customersdriving conversion, retention, and advocacy across the buyer journey. This role is responsible for the full spectrum of product marketingfrom developing compelling positioning and messaging frameworks, to building the proof, tools, and assets that fuel sales success, to creating retention plays that ensure customers realize the full value of Dodge's products. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on marketer who has excelled in data-oriented B2B environments serving both SMB and enterprise audiences. They know how to position products for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development personas, and they can craft confident, outcome-driven messaging that stands out from competitors. This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.This is a remote, home-office-based role. Candidates located in the continental United States will be considered. Some travel is expected for this role.Essential FunctionsProduct Positioning & MessagingOwn the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market narrative for Dodge Construction Network's products and solutionsDevelop persona-based messaging that resonates with our key audiences, including Sales, Marketing, and Business Development professionals in the construction ecosystemPartner with Product to translate complex data-driven capabilities into clear, differentiated, and outcome-oriented value propositionsBuild a scalable messaging framework that ensures consistency across demand generation, content, and sales enablementCreate our product, service, and solution naming convention and bring to life in a way that attracts and engages audiencesSocial Proof & Market ValidationEstablish a systematic approach to building and amplifying social proofincluding customer stories, testimonials, reviews, case studies, total economic impact, and logo showcasesPartner with Customer Success to identify champions and build advocacy programs that turn customer success into brand successLead initiatives to improve visibility and credibility through ratings, analyst relations, and industry recognition programsSales & SDR EnablementServe as the strategic bridge between Product, SDRs, and Salesensuring our teams are armed with the assets and insights needed to convert demand into revenueBuild high-impact enablement tools including video explainers, competitive battlecards, customer-ready decks, and campaign-specific offers or promotionsCollaborate closely with Sales leadership to optimize messaging and materials across each stage of the funnelfrom awareness to closePartner with Demand Generation to ensure product messaging is embedded into campaigns that generate qualified, high-converting opportunitiesGenerate high-impact product and feature launch campaigns that activate prospects and our customer baseCustomer Retention & Product AdoptionBuild retention and adoption programs that help customers find success within our products and maximize their value realizationDevelop messaging and in-product content that drives engagement, renewal, and expansionPartner with Customer Success and Product teams to translate customer insights into playbooks that improve gross retention and customer satisfactionMeasurement & ImpactEstablish clear KPIs that measure the impact of product marketing across the funnelconversion rate improvements, win rates, retention, and advocacyUse data and qualitative insights to continuously refine positioning, content, and enablement programs for maximum effectivenessEducation RequirementBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred) or equivalent education and work experience.Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including at least 5+ years in product marketing leadership rolesExperience in a data & analytics, SaaS, or technology company with a proven record of success positioning complex products for multiple buyer personasExceptional ability to translate technical capabilities into simple, differentiated, and compelling storiesProven success building and optimizing sales enablement and retention programs that drive measurable impactStrong understanding of competitive positioning, objection handling, and challenger messaging techniquesComfortable working with data and analytics teams to surface insights that power storytelling and GTM strategySkilled communicator and collaboratoradept at influencing executive stakeholders and inspiring cross-functional teamsPassionate about crafting category-defining product marketing that can stand alongside product marketing leaders like ClickUp, Airtable, Mailchimp, and SlackAbout Dodge Construction NetworkDodge Construction Network exists to deliver the comprehensive data and connections the construction industry needs to build thriving communities.
