The company is known for its commitment to excellence and has a solid reputation within the industry. They are the oldest operating General Contractor in Western, MA and they have a great pipeline of repeat clients that keep them busy year in and year out. They are looking for their next Director level employee. Typically managing 15 projects per year. Pride themselves in maintaining a manageable workload using a tight knit collaborative team effort 10 office employees and 40 field staff. 50 employees total.Lead and manage preconstruction efforts for various construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals. Develop and oversee project budgets, estimates, and schedules during the preconstruction phase. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Identify and mitigate risks related to preconstruction activities. Provide leadership and guidance to preconstruction team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation.
