We're in search of team leaders who would like to run a business as if it were their own. Manager in Training (MIT) is a training program designed to allow the associate to learn every segment of our business and culture. Once training is successfully completed, the candidate will have an opportunity to run his or her own branch.Training Modules:Customer Service/Counter Sales TrainingResidential and Commercial Product TrainingInventory Management & Cost ControlLogistics & Warehouse ManagementBranch Manager TrainingOutside Sales TrainingLeadership TrainingPosition Requirements:Preferably a 4-year BS in Marketing/Sales, Business DegreeTwo years of industry (or) industry-related experience in Building MaterialsTwo years of work experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ExcelHave the entrepreneurial spirit, be self-motivated and enthusiastic about our businessExcellent customer service skillsDetail-oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skillsAnalytical and able to solve problemsGood verbal and written communication skillsEthical and honestDependable and have a current state-issued driver's license with a satisfactory driving recordLegally entitled to work in the United StatesAble to pass a company-required drug testRead, speak, and write the English language to communicate with vendors, customers, and other branch employeesJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental InsuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceShift:Day shiftWork Location: In person
