Together, we can achieve greatness.Job SummaryAs a Waiver you will oversee the wave planning and order distribution for outbound operations. The role ensures efficient workflow management, adherence to sail dates, and coordination between picking, QC, Shipping and Inventory teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented and proactive in a fast-paced logistics environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage and distribute work assignments to pickers, ensuring orders are processed in alignment with sail dates and shipping schedules.Monitor and verify QC operations, ensuring all loads are reviewed and completed on time.Identify, document, and report damages to Inventory Control for timely resolution.Track and follow up on pending orders, proactively addressing any delays.Monitor workflow and adjust labor allocation to optimize efficiency.Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments to maintain smooth warehouse operations.Troubleshoot system-related issues and submit IT/MIS tickets as necessary.Prepare for the next shift by printing order summaries and organizing workflow assignments.Accurately input order data into the Synapse system, ensuring correct spots and weights are recorded.Generate and submit shift reports, detailing operational progress and any outstanding issues.Support cross-functional initiatives by assisting in related outbound tasks as required.Additional ResponsibilitiesExperience in warehouse operations, logistics, or wave planning is preferred.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) such as Synapse or similar platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team coordination.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Database.Forklift certification (Reach, EPI, Sit-Down) or willingness to obtain certification.Job Type & ScheduleFull-time position with shift-based scheduling.Must be available to work on time and as scheduled, as this is a critical role in outbound operations.Education and/or Experience RequiredHigh School Diploma or general education diploma (GED).Warehousing certifications a plus.Benefits401(k) matchingMedical/Dental/Vision insuranceEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth savings accountPaid time offSick DaysLong-term Disability InsuranceShort-term Disability InsuranceAccidental InsuranceCritical Illness InsuranceDisability Insurance
