What You'll Be Asked to Do:


As the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), you'll be the driving force behind our nursing standards and practices. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Ensuring continuous and timely nursing services to patients.
  • Directing hospital nursing activities in line with policies and procedures.
  • Leading nursing service and performance Improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with hospital leaders to design patient care strategies.
  • Developing and managing the budget for nursing services.

  • Participating in hospital leadership functions and quality assurance programs.

What You Need to Be Successful:


To thrive as our CNO, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is a minimum requirement.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of Nursing leadership experience, ideally in an investor-owned healthcare organization.
  • Prior experience in Joint Commission preparation and survey processes.
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Room or hospital setting.
  • Knowledge of nursing principles, theories, and practice standards.
  • Interpersonal and quantitative skills honed through your nursing career.
