Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Arbitration Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with specific expertise in arbitration, dispute resolution, and employment-related issues. As a remote Employment Arbitration Attorney based in Los Angeles, you will play a pivotal role in representing employees in arbitration proceedings, ensuring fair and just outcomes in employment disputes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of employment arbitration cases, from initiation to resolution.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective arbitration strategies.
  • Draft arbitration demands, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare for and participate in arbitration hearings, presenting arguments and evidence on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborate with clients and opposing counsel to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes amicably.
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the arbitration process.
  • Stay current with developments in employment law and arbitration procedures.
  • Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing employment law, with a focus on arbitration and dispute resolution.
  • Proven track record of success in handling employment arbitration cases.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis in employment law matters.
  • Proficiency in drafting arbitration demands, motions, and other legal documents related to employment disputes.
  • Excellent oral advocacy skills and experience representing clients in arbitration hearings.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, opposing counsel, and legal staff.
