Project ManagerThe Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Review and approve subcontractor/vendor contracts.Track costs, process change orders, and manage billing.Monitor profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.Lead project teams, including site supervisors and subcontractors.Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance.Ensure quality control and adherence to contract documents.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership.Essential Skills:Procore proficiency.Experience with multi-family projects valued at $10M+.Clean driving record.Strong project management skills.Expertise in construction management.Experience in construction documentation and project engineering.Proficient in document control.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience with projects up to $30M in size.Commercial construction experience.Change order management expertise.Work Environment:This role requires onsite presence in Waterbury at project sites once or twice a week. A car allowance ranging from $400 to $600 per month is provided, depending on commute. The company offers a strong culture of quality and collaboration, with over 40 years of experience delivering successful projects across Connecticut and neighboring states.Job Type & Location:This is a Permanent position based out of Waterbury, CT.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $130,000.00 - $150,000.00/yr.
