We also offer rehabilitation services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to help residents regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at Laredo South Nursing & Rehabilitation Center located in Laredo, TX. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to residents and implementing their care plans. Your day-to-day tasks will include administering medications, assessing and documenting residents' conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure residents' well-being.


Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of nursing principles, procedures, and regulations
  • Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide accurate documentation
