Our team combines global expertise with deep local knowledge, fostering a collaborative and professional environment where your technical skills and analytical mindset will directly influence project success.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to develop accurate, comprehensive cost estimates for complex construction projects. In this role, you will apply your technical understanding of building systems and industry best practices to produce precise, well-supported estimates that guide critical project decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed estimates, including quantity take-offs, material pricing, labor costs, and equipment expenses.Define and quantify project scope, producing conceptual, budgetary, and construction-level cost estimates.Analyze historical data and create benchmarking reports to ensure consistency and accuracy.Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and stakeholders to align estimates with project objectives.Qualifications4+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Revit is a plus.Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural systems (steel, concrete, foundations, facades, roofing, elevators).Hands-on take-off experience and solid knowledge of NYC construction standards.Prior experience with cost consulting firms is highly desirable.Why Join Us?Work on prestigious, large-scale projects that shape New York City's skyline.Collaborate with a global team, including experts from the U.K. and other international offices.Enjoy a hybrid work schedule that supports flexibility and work-life balance.Thrive in a polished, high-end consulting environment with a strong reputation for excellence.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
