This is your chance to help build what matters supporting teams developing life-changing products under real-world regulatory requirements.What your impact will beAs a central node in the supply chain function, youll:Own purchasing and planning of components, raw materials, and services to support manufacturing, engineering, and clinical operationsEnsure supply continuity by managing supplier relationships, performance metrics, and risk mitigationTranslate demand forecasts and production schedules into accurate material sourcing plansNegotiate pricing, lead times, contracts, discounts, and delivery terms to optimize cost, quality, and reliabilityMaintain and improve planning data and processes within ERP/MRP systemsPartner cross-functionally (quality, regulatory, manufacturing, R&D) to align on product launches, change control, and complianceMonitor key metrics (inventory turns, supplier scorecards, cost variance, shortage risks) and drive continuous improvementsParticipate in supply chain initiatives e.g. new supplier development, lean practices, demand planning enhancementsWhat were looking forBachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of hands-on experience in procurement, material planning, or supply chain in a manufacturing environmentFluency with MRP/ERP systems; familiarity with planning modules, purchase order flows, and reportingStrong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skillsResults-driven, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple prioritiesExperience dealing with dynamic, fast-paced environments, with shifting prioritiesBonus / nice-to-havesExperience working in the medical device, biotech, or regulated manufacturing industryFamiliarity with FDA, ISO, or QMS-driven environmentsExperience using QAD or similar ERP platformsTrack record of improving supplier performance, cost savings, or process optimizationWhy this role stands outYoull be working in a company that already has FDA clearance, advancing from development to commercial scaleYoull directly shape supply chain strategy in a regulated environment its not just buy and deliver, its a mission-critical operationYoull collaborate cross-functionally with high-impact teams (R&D, quality, regulatory, operations)Youll have autonomy and opportunity to drive process improvements and scale systemsIts a chance to build experience in medtech / highly regulated manufacturing a rare credentialIf you have strong supply chain acumen, enjoy operating in high-stakes environments, and want a role where your contributions matter, lets talk.
