Job Overview:

  • Provides analytics support to system users and customer support staff. Evaluates user needs, use Agile methodology to articulate analytics requirements, define technical problems and work with engineering/development staff to determine solutions.
  • Build data products such as reports, metrics, analytics solutions, predictive algorithms for Web analytics
  • Continuously improve delivery methods to enhance the learner experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Support content development, incorporating SME (subject matter expert) content to design engaging on- demand and live training, and events.
  • Management of on-demand training programs, live workshops and conferences Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools and experience with eLearning platforms
  • Strategy development for company Academy - how to grow, scale and optimize throughout the program lifecycle for learners.
  • Define KPIs/ Metrics to Measure the success of training, course offerings and ongoing program outcomes / Marketing funnel/ Customer engagement/ retention. Support certification and credentialing programs that meet business and industry needs.
  • Partner with product management leaders to establish platform technology requirements / influence UI-UX/ design experiences
  • Crisp data backed story telling to tech/ non tech audiences


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of experience demonstrating ability to influence and impact people at multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience establishing strategic internal and external partnerships across multiple domains.
  • Strong assessment, prioritization, and analysis skills.
  • Strong project management experience, exhibiting solid end to end thinking.
  • Skills Hands experience in any reporting tool: Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics
  • Technical undergraduate degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, etc.) or equivalent experience
  • Advanced SQL skills to get the data you need from a data warehouse and perform data segmentation and aggregation from scratch.
  • Data query and data processing tools/systems (e.g., relational, NoSQL, stream processing).
  • Familiarity with AWS (Redshift, Athena, and AWS core concepts).
  • Familiarity with Data modeling and schema design. - Proficient in analytical and data modeling tools, such as Python, R, or PyCharm.
  • Self-starter who attacks the problem with excellent critical-thinking skills, creativity, and end-to-end quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders.
  • High level of professionalism, passion, strong organization, time management, and task prioritization skills with attention to detail and bias to action. Inquisitive, curious, and biased toward learning and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to grasp quickly and get up to speed on instrumentation, clickstream data, data architecture, and complex business system interactions such as Salesforce.
