A growing PE backed manufacturer is looking to hire a high caliber Manager of FP&A. This position will provide global leadership for financial planning and analysis processes and reporting activities. Responsibilities will include developing, implementing and maintaining effective financial planning capabilities and processes that will provide the sales and operations teams with tools to establish goals, measure and improve the Company’s performance. This role will be involved in the annual operating plan and budgeting process. Responsible for the Company-wide periodic cash flow forecasting process. The company is continuing to grow through M&A activity making integration and best practices paramount. The organization is headquartered in the Rosemont area and has a hybrid work schedule typically three days a week in office.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive Company-wide annual operating plan/budgeting process.
  • Company-wide periodic financial forecasting
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Work with business unit finance leaders on driving consolidated reporting
  • Prepare Board of Directors and PE owner reporting packages
  • Participate in financial modeling of mergers and acquisitions activities as necessary.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses as directed by Senior leaders


Experience needed for the role:

  • Local Chicago area candidate
  • Corporate or divisional FP&A experience and comfort presenting to Senior leadership
  • Product based industry experience
  • Strong systems and technology skills and willingness to be hands on
