*Overview*
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including medical-surgical units, critical care environments, and home community care. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient health, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.

*Responsibilities*
* Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
* Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
* Administer medications as directed by licensed nursing personnel.
* Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate patient needs and updates.
* Operate and maintain medical systems such as Epic for patient documentation.
* Provide basic life support when necessary and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
* Lift and transfer patients safely using appropriate techniques and equipment.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

*Requirements*
* Completion of a Nursing Assistant training program or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting.
* Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures and critical care practices is preferred.
* Familiarity with medication administration protocols and basic life support certification.
* Strong understanding of medical terminology to facilitate effective communication within the team.
* Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility needs.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.50 per hour
