Come build the future of pharmacy with us.The Associate Accountant is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day routine maintenance of complete and accurate Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger accounts and in preparing basic financial reports.ResponsibilitiesSupport assigned month end and year end accounting close proceduresCreate standard support schedules and prepare balance sheet reconciliationsCalculate accrual entries and complete timely and accurate general ledger entriesAssist team members with analysis projectsOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is requiredMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsBasic level knowledge of Excel (including detailed understanding of v-lookups, pivot tables and formulas) and WordBasic accounting, GAAP and FASB knowledgePreferred QualificationsExperience with database tools: general ledger, fixed asset and accounting softwareBasic level knowledge of PowerPointEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures.
