Position Shipper Receiver

Shipper ReceiverThis role will assist with assigned shipping and receiving functions to assure all materials are shipped and received in a timely manner.Essential Functions:Package and receive materials in accordance with applicable procedures.Communicate with various departments regarding product quality issues, material availability and processing issues.Load and unload trucks using a fork lift. Operate these fork lifts safely in accordance with established procedures.Work with engineering and production on continuous improvement/Six Sigma projects as needed.Maintain a safe work environment (5S and clean-up work area).Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education1+ years shipping and receiving experience in manufacturing environmentCertified forklift operator with 1+ years of fork lift experience.
