Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Loan Servicing team as a Servicing Admin. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with loan servicing and customer service inquiries. This role will involve data collection, tracking unfunded loans, monitoring projects and ensuring that loans remain in good standing. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for real estate, finance, customer service, and data analysis to contribute to our organization's success.



Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Servicing Manager to support the end-to-end loan management process.
  • Assist in tracking loan delinquencies and insurance expiration, proactively communicating with borrowers to address any issues.
  • Generate loan payoffs accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Handle incoming borrower inquiries and requests, providing exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Loan Origination, Legal, and, to resolve borrower concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date borrower records in our servicing system.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on loan servicing status to the management team.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve loan servicing processes and enhance the borrower experience.
