If you want to be a part of a high performing sales organization and have an immediate impact, apply today The Senior Sales Executive in our Tax & Accounting Professionals Large client segment is responsible for retaining and growing their existing account base and acquiring new accounts within their geographic area of responsibility. The SSE can develop trust, demonstrate their credibility with all account stakeholders through their knowledge of Thomson Reuters' products, and services and acquired knowledge of the tax and accounting industry. He/she will tailor the client presentations to the unique needs of the individual account and articulates their proposals through ROI justification to shorten the sales cycle. In this opportunity as a Senior Sales Executive, you will:Consult with customers to understand their needs, growth goals and partner with them to identify opportunities to meet/exceed customer needs and provide the right solutions to address those needs, improve operations and grow revenue.Attain sales and renewal targets and quotas on a monthly basisDemonstrate the use of Tax & Accounting products to the customer - GST, UT, GFR, API, OneSource, Tax Research, AI and more.Obtain and provide territory information regarding market intelligence and penetrationConfer with and assist in customer-related issues as needed to maintain good customer relationsComplete weekly sales performance reports and completes all CRM reporting in a timely and accurate mannerDrives strategic initiatives supported by assigned account team consisting of Sales Development Representative, Account Development Representative and Solutions Consultants to drive growth in assigned territoryLeverages sales automation tools and data insights to engage prospects and expedite sales cycles (such as utilizing Flash/EMS/Salesforce)Attend sales meetings and conventions as requiredAbout YouMinimum 5 years' successful sales experience, with at least 3 years selling Tax softwareBachelor's degree or relevant experienceProven/consistent track record of quota attainmentSoftware as a Service Sales (SAAS) experience a plusWorking knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniquesExcellent communication skills & presentation skills to maximize phone and virtual client meetings/presentationsStrong prospecting and closing skillsAbility to sell UltraTax new, GST new, OneSource new, Automation new, Tax Research new, and cross sell/upsell to current client baseStrong time management and organization skillsAmbitious self-starter with high energy and motivationHighly proficient in MS Office suite, utilizing a CRM (such as Salesforce preferred) and overall technical aptitudeContinuous learner, flexible and open-minded, positive attitudeHigh level of integrity and understanding of sales ethicsWillingness to travelWhat's in it For You?Hybrid Work Model: We've adopted a flexible hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
