Overview The Radiology Technologist operates at least 2 Radiology modalities as designated. Selects proper exposure factors and demonstrates a through knowledge of radiographic positioning. Practices radiological technology in a manner that ensures radiation safety for self and the patient. Performa diagnostic procedures on a minimum of two (2) modalities. Demonstrates competency and proficiency with x-ray equipment in various locations such as ER/ICU portables and C-Arm in OR. Practices radiological technology in a manner that ensures radiation safety for self and the patient. Performa diagnostic procedures on a minimum of two (2) modalities. Qualifications Licensed by the State of California in Radiology, Fluoroscopy and one other Modality. Certified by The American Registry of Radiological Technologists preferred. Current Basic Life Support Certificate.
