Housekeeping Personnel WantedDevils Thumb Ranch is seeking ten (10) housekeeping personnel to work during the period of April 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026. The position is full-time and seasonal. The worksites are located at 3530 County Rd 83, Tabernash, Colorado 80478 and 78786 U.S 40, Winter Park, Colorado 80482. The housekeeping role includes keeping storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy. Carrying linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts. Cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, stairways, and other work areas so that health standards are met. Emptying wastebaskets, clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Sweeping floors, using brooms, mops. Replenishing supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items. Vacuuming rugs, carpets, and dusting furniture. Sanitizing equipment and supplies. Observing necessary precautions required to protect guest property and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors. Sorting, counting, and marking clean linens and store them in linen closets. Washing dishes and cleaning kitchens, cooking utensils, and silverware. Must be flexible, communicate effectively, speak English, be a team player. Weekends, nights and holidays are required. Employees will work Mon-Sun an average of 35 hours/wk. Must be able to work any 7-hour shift within the hours of 8 am to 11 pm any day of the week. Days off rotate; shifts vary. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing. No minimum education is required. On-the-job training is provided. Devils Thumb Ranch will provide workers with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge. No work experience is required. Daily transportation is provided at no charge. The wage is $19.81 per hour. All deductions will be made from paychecks that are required by law. No other deductions will be made unless voluntarily agreed to by the employee. Overtime is available at a rate of $29.72 per hour. Bonuses/raises may be paid at employer discretion based on performance, skill, tenure. Wages will be paid bi-weekly on Friday, and the employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.This posting is being made in connection with an application for H-2B workers. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Optional housing is available for rent to the H-2B worker at the rate of $94- $125 per week per worker, depending on the location. The amount will be deducted from the employee's paycheck if agreed upon. This is not a condition of employment.
