The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a proven track record of collaborating with business partners, understanding business requirements, translating business requirements into system requirements, and making recommendations regarding system functionality.This individual will work closely with development teams, stakeholders, technology leads, and agile teams to ensure successful delivery of program milestones and adherence of the deliverables to the product roadmaps. It’s a fast-paced environment where decisions are customer-centric, collaborative, and iterative.
The Team
This is an exciting role within our client’s “Workplace Investing (WI) Managed Accounts” team, partnering. The team is a global, fast-paced, Agile team, looking for a Principal Systems Analyst who brings experience in business and systems analysis, and has a passion for teamwork and a deep interest in building a world class product that makes lives better.
The Expertise You Have
- 6+ years relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, building batch applications, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation.
- capacity to lead analysis of business systems and/or business process to identify user needs, document requirements, sequencing UML, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives.
- capacity to lead clarification and ‘translation’ of less-technical documentation and/or requirements into highly technical subject-matter.
- in building queries and general database skills are a must.
- ability to train key partners and other constituencies in new solutions - architecture and implementation.
- with restful services.
- degree encouraged, MBA or MS preferred.
- communication skills – written, verbal and presentation artifacts.
- analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- work in an Agile environment
- grasp of the client’s unique landscape with experience in multiple product offerings, preferred.
