This position reports to the Logistics Manager and will be responsible for receiving incoming materials, inventory control, and shipping customer orders. This individual will be accountable for ensuring materials are processed quickly and help manage inventory levels and Kanbans.The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and contribute directly to our company culture and success. The position provides an opportunity to grow and develop as a leader.ResponsibilitiesReceive inventories according to policies and procedures.Support shipping of orders in a timely manner, according to ship dates.Maintain and update inventory databases as part of cycle count activities.Maintain dock and shipping areas to be clean, safe, and presentable at all timesOccasionally drive to pick up orders or supplies.Update and maintain all warehouse work instructions.Contribute to continuous improvement of the processes and procedures in the warehouse functions.Ensure waste containers are maintained and emptied, when needed.Assist with Kanban ordering and maintenancePerform kitting functions, as neededOther duties as assignedSkills and RequirementsThe candidate should have at least two years of relevant warehousing or material handling experience.The following skills and experience are requirements for the position:Colorado licensed driver with clean driving recordAbility to work well with multiple and competing deadlines.Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.Establish and implement a strategy for continuous improvement, including process improvement across areas of responsibilityFlexibility to work irregular hours, including occasional weekends, when requiredBasic written and verbal communication skillsPractical experience with computer softwareEducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredBachelors in related function preferredCompensationThe base compensation for the Warehouse Technician role starts at $57,000-$59,000 + bonus + equity; actual pay will be adjusted based on skills and experience.
