Job Description Summary: The Sales Coordinator supports order processing and customer service in a contract manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate order entry, timely quote turnaround, and effective communication with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Process and quote customer orders accurately (95%+ accuracy). Review backlog for manufacturing availability, credit holds, and discrepancies. Communicate with customers via email, phone, and fax. Monitor and close opportunities in Salesforce; ensure proper linkage to sales orders. Maintain commission splits and approvals for discounts, demos, returns, and cancellations. Assist Regional Sales Managers, reps, and dealers as needed. Attend backlog and system kick-off meetings. Drive consumable sales to meet assigned goals. Requirements: Proficiency in Salesforce and order entry systems. Excellent communication skills for heavy customer interaction.
