Psychiatry opening in Pennsylvania _x000D x000D_ Located in Allentown, PA - Philadelphia 60m; NYC 90m_x000D_ 1 Full-time, permanent opening_x000D_ Inpatient position_x000D_ Adult & CL (19 beds) _x000D_ _x000D_ Compensation: _x000D x000D_ Base salary of $250,000 and does not change once the initial term is over (please note that all compensation is looked at and adjusted on a regular basis in order to be competitive)_x000D_ Starting bonus included in your first paycheck we are offering $10,000_x000D_ Would discuss a fellowship stipend of $1,500 per month for last year of residency or fellowship_x000D_ Over and above your base salary is an incentive plan worth a maximum of $50,000 and today is based on RVUs, Access, Service and Quality (ASQ) (may change yearly)_x000D_ For every RVU between the 60th and 80th percentile, the bonus will be $1,000 per percentile with a max of 20,000_x000D_ Access/Service/Quality goals incentive max $30,000
