Pay: $21.00/hr

Shift: 7 am- 7 pm, Friday-Sunday

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general labor tasks including, but not limited to, loading and unloading various types of cleaning equipment, miscellaneous assembly, inspecting parts, alcohol wiping, swabbing, carrying plates, nitrogen drying parts, and conducting leak, function, and flow testing.
  • Bag, package, and perform other duties as required across all areas of the operation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to operate microscopes, profilometers, lapping machines, air and electric drivers, impulse wire bag sealers, and leak, flow, and function testing equipment.
  • Operate ultrasonic, electro-polish, and insert installation stations.
  • Monitor supplies and manage material replenishment using the reordering system.
  • Perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed based on the production schedule.
  • Execute all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to manufacturing duties.
Qualifications:
  • Good communication skills, flexibility, and cooperation.
  • High level of production skills.
  • Ability to assemble components into upper-level assemblies.
  • Experience testing assemblies in various manners and inspecting parts for cosmetic flaws.
  • Ability to prepare assemblies/parts for inventory.
  • Clean room inspection experience is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills.
