Role Description

We are looking for a candidate should be a self-motivated person with a passion for problem solving and continuous learning. He/She will be working in processes across talent acquisition, core HR, L&D, compensation & benefits and performance management modules.

Role and responsibilities

· Resource planning and allocation.

· Assigning people to projects based on their skills, previous experience, availability, or project budget.

· Determine company’s capacity to meet the staffing requirement of projects.

· Coordinate with internal functional heads to identify requirements clearly and in a detailed fashion.

· Create regular reports and update internal databases.

· Assist with HR process, such administration, compensation and benefit plans and staffing training.

· Ensure proper documentation and end user training Coordination with internal teams for any clarification / requirement

Technical skills requirements

The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,

· Good knowledge and understanding in HR and Finance field.

· Proactive problem solver.

· MS office like advance Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Management systems, and ERPs.

· Relationship builder along with good team player

· Verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-have skills

· Knowledge of any ERP system.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 8 years of work experience in business operations
  • Bachelors/Masters (Engineering/ MBA) from a top-tier university
