Creative Agency Recruiter - FreelanceAs a Freelance Recruiter, you'll partner closely with our internal recruiting team and department leads to source, screen, and close high-quality candidates. This role is for leave coverage - and will be a freelance role that will go from as early as Dec (flexible for January Start) until April and possible extension until Sept. You'll help us build strong pipelines of freelance and full-time talent that align with our agency's creative DNA and fast-paced, collaborative culture.You'll be the first touchpoint many candidates have with our agency, representing our culture of creativity, collaboration, and passion for social. This means not just filling roles, but finding people who truly fit those who thrive in fast-paced, social-first environments and want to be part of a team pushing the boundaries of what brands can do.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles across the agency (strategy, production, operations, and more).Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profilesSource passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, creative networks, and industry-specific platformsConduct screening interviews and assess candidate fit across skills and cultureManage candidate communication and ensure a smooth interview processMaintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse)Help optimize and improve our recruiting process and candidate experienceQualifications3-5 years of experience recruiting in a creative agencyStrong network within the creative, marketing, or social media industriesExperience hiring for strategy and production roles is a big plusExcellent sourcing skills and comfort recruiting for diverse roles (freelance and full-time)Have a good understanding of NY and CA hiring guidelinesHighly organized and able to manage multiple open searches at oncePersonable, proactive, and a strong communicatorExperience using Greenhouse ATS (or similar) to manage candidate pipelines
