As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. You will remain visible throughout your shift, respond to situations as needed, and support a welcoming environment for everyone on site. This is a driving post, offering opportunities to engage with a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $18.00/HourJob Schedule:DayTimeMon 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMTue 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMWhy Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the food and beverage facility to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior.Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to established protocols.Assist with access control measures, verifying credentials and/or identification as required by site policies.Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and staff, providing guidance and information as needed while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.Support emergency response efforts and/or evacuation procedures if necessary, following the guidelines set by the location.Minimum Requirements:A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.Access control or badge experience is preferred.Alarm panel experience is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.ClosingAllied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
