CT Technologist - Coral Gables, FL Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM Setting: Outpatient preventive imaging center (no overnights, no contrast or dyes used). Overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate CT Technologist to join a dynamic, patient-centered imaging team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. This role focuses on early detection of heart disease and cancer using non-contrast CT imaging. We serve only healthy patients seeking preventive care, providing an uplifting environment dedicated to saving lives every day. Key Responsibilities Perform CT scans according to established protocols and safety standards. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, answering questions, and ensuring comfort and safety. Position patients accurately to achieve optimal imaging results. Operate and maintain CT scanners and related equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality. Follow radiation safety and infection control procedures at all times. Accurately document patient information, procedure details, and imaging results in the electronic medical record (EMR). Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. Maintain supplies, equipment, and cleanliness in the imaging area. Qualifications ARRT Certification and CT certification (required). Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team setting. Willingness to relocate to Miami, FL prior to starting work (required).
