Position: Part-Time (2-3 Days per Week)

About the Position: Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a part-time position at a private school in Niles, Ohio. This role involves working 2-3 days per week in a single school location, providing high-quality speech and language services to students in a supportive and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy to students, addressing a range of speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student progress
  • Document and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and plans
  • Provide training and resources to staff and families to support communication development

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
  • OhioSLP Licensure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
