Position Overview As a Staff Accountant on the Client Advisory Services team, you'll support Senior Associates and Managers in delivering monthly bookkeeping and financial reporting to multiple clients. While most engagements involve recurring monthly services, you'll also have the opportunity to assist with the project-based clean-up work and special accounting initiatives. You'll play an essential role in ensuring each client receives accurate, organized, and high-quality financial information-- all while helping to strengthen 415 Access's reputation for outstanding client care. Key Responsibilities: Post and reconcile daily bank and credit card transactions for multiple clients Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Perform additional balance sheet reconciliations (inventory, fixed assets, depreciation, accruals, etc.). Enter and review payroll data in accordance with client deadlines Prepare and maintain organized workpapers and supporting documentation. Assist in preparing general journal entries and reviewing trial balances for errors. Support the preparation of monthly financial statements. Participate in internal staff and client meetings as needed. Qualifications: Associate's degree in Accounting or 2+ years of verifiable accounting experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to adapt quickly to new software systems. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective verbal and written communication Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. A client-focused, professional, approach in all interactions. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting QuickBooks Online Certification and / or QuickBooks Payroll Certification Full-Charge Bookkeeping experience. 415 Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
