As a change management professional, you'll lead a team and assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop a knowledge management plan and improve or automate systems by integrating available technology. The world can't wait.You Have:Experience implementing knowledge management principles in supporting change management within a large organizationExperience in using SharePoint online and managing internet web platformsKnowledge of Generative AI toolsAbility to develop and communicate best practices for integrating tools into everyday business processesAbility to operate independently and identify intent from broad leadership directionAbility to work with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power BI, Power Apps, and Power AutomateAbility to obtain a TS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have:Knowledge of the Joint StaffTS/SC clearanceClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Compensation: At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
