Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position plans, executes, and processes data from advanced construction technology operations utilizing a diverse set of tools able to be tailored to the job needs, while providing timely and accurate reports to project teams.

·        Act as the liaison between field teams and the BIM 360 (or other field facing software platforms)

·        Complete field operations in the following areas

o  Laser Scanning

o  Drone Mapping exercises

o  Drone imagery

o  GPS data collection and layout (not for professional surveying purposes)

·        Ensure all Eagle homes are Laser Scanned prior to drywall

·        Collaborate to ensure all Eagle homesites are scanned/flight mapped in order to use data for homesiting operations

·        Provide support to Eagle field and land development team utilizing the technologies available to the TEC Field Ops team

·        Provide aerial imagery support to Sales, Marketing, Land, and Field teams as requested

·        Set data collection schedules for projects outside of the Greater Richmond area and ensure all Eagle jobs receive the same opportunities for technological availability

·        Oversee the continued development and maintenance of the Mobile TEC Lab van and associated assets.

·        Attend and provide technological assistance for field meetings and site visits as requested

·        Assist with special project data collection upon request.

·        Manage all BIM 360 access and data, including the maintenance of organizational standards and protocols.

·        Assist in the production of individual homesite reports as requested

·        Assist in the production of individual home frame check reports

·        Manage and organize all aerial imagery and ensure access for teams.

·        Provide GPS data reports and documentation to teams upon request.

·        Process project data for use in GPS and drone mapping activities.Produces 3D models, 2D drawings, cutsheets and model components (Revit families)

·        Implements firm, project and software standards on projects

·        Assists with documentation, plan reviews, coordination, revisions to bring a conceptual 3D models to working drawings

·        Assists in the development of plan specific option drawings (cutsheets)

·        Collaborates with design staff to prepare architectural plans

·        Proficiency in Revit and other associated BIM products preferred

·        Must have a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.
